Helpful information and links for voters:

To vote in this election, you must be a resident living within school district boundaries. Some Edina residences are not within district boundaries, and some addresses in neighboring communities are. Check the Polling Place Finder if you have questions.

Absentee/Early Voting

Absentee and early voting begins Friday, Sept. 20. All early voting will occur at Edina City Hall. Find more information about how to obtain an absentee ballot and/or vote early on the City of Edina website.

Absentee Ballots for Regular Voters

Absentee voting for the School Board Election opens Friday, Sept. 20, 2019 (46 days before election). You can vote in one of two ways:

1. Vote in Person at Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St.

  • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 2, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

2. Request an Absentee Ballot
Call 952-826-0363 to request an absentee ballot.

Election Day

Tuesday, Nov. 5 is Election Day. District residents will vote at their assigned polling location. (There will be no voting stations at Edina City Hall on Election Day.)
